Becoming a Member

• Interview and Membership Agreement:
  Prospective members meet briefly with a representative of The Private Collection to review the membership terms and to establish that the driver's record meets The Private Collection requirements. Qualified individuals are invited to sign a membership agreement.
• Initiation Fees & Annual Dues
  
  • A one-time initiation fee is due upon accepting a membership offer.
  • Membership is maintained through the payment of annual dues.

• Points:
  Members receive 1,000 Points at the beginning of each paid membership year. Members redeem Points to reserve the vehicle of their choice on their preferred dates.
  
  50% of unused Points in any membership year may be transferred to the next consecutive year.

Using Membership Points

• Points are The Private Collection's "currency," and are used by members to reserve their preferred vehicle on their desired dates. Each member begins his/her membership year with 1,000 points. Members can expect 40-60 driving days per year. Weekend days "cost" more, in term of points, than weekdays.
• All vehicles in The Private Collection are categorized into one of three classes - Platinum, Gold and Silver. Each class has a different Point value. A Ferrari in Platinum Class, for example, requires more points than a Porsche Cayman, in Silver Class.
• Members may reserve their cars of choice using The Private Account - our online booking system - email, or phone. Points are deducted as driving days are used.
• Members who achieve a zero point balance in less than 12 months are entitled to early renewal.
• Vehicles may be booked up to 3-months in advance.
